ANSOS2Go is a powerful tool that allows employees to easily access and view their ANSOS Staff Scheduling calendars. It streamlines the process of checking work assignments by providing a clear and intuitive interface.
Before using ANSOS2Go, it is important to note that installation is just the first step. To fully utilize the app, employees need to reach out to their organization's IT department for the necessary website URL, as well as their username and password. In case any login or connection issues arise, contacting the IT department is advised.
With ANSOS2Go, employees can effortlessly access their calendars and quickly identify days with work assignments. The app allows them to tap on any given day to view detailed information such as start and end times, workshifts, and assigned areas. This feature enables employees to easily grasp which areas they will be working in, along with the date, time, and shift at a glance - all while on the go.
Furthermore, thanks to the expanded functionality of the Web Scheduler, employees now have the ability to request work, time off, and select available shifts with just a few clicks - making scheduling a breeze.
For managers and employees with security access, ANSOS2Go offers additional features. They can easily view Area Schedules and conveniently communicate with employees by simply tapping on their names. This communication can be done through calls, emails, or even text messages.
